About Us:Our school in Plymouth is renowned for its inclusive approach and commitment to supporting students with special educational needs (SEN). We are looking for a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team.

Role:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to students with diverse needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with students with SEN
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with SEN
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students
