We’re looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our client and support a logistics analyst in the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of logistics. If you're a detail-oriented individual who loves solving problems, working with suppliers, and managing data, this is your chance to shine!This is a tempoary to permanent opportunity, based in Derriford, Plymouth.What You’ll Do:
  • Data Management: Accurately input and update vital data across multiple systems.
  • Supplier Coordination: Place orders and communicate with suppliers to get the information you need.
  • Performance Reviews: Monitor supplier performance and flag any issues to the Logistics Team Leader.
  • Scheduling: Create and maintain effective ordering schedules to keep everything on track.
  • Team Support: Step in to help with overflow tasks and ensure smooth operations.
  • Daily Reporting: Review and take action on daily reports to keep things running seamlessly.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls and emails to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
What We’re Looking For:Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (it’s a must!).
  • Great attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Ability to interpret data and act accordingly.
  • Strong communication skills – you’ll be liaising with suppliers and the team.
  • Highly organized with a logical approach to work.
Desirable Experience:
  • Previous experience in an analytical or data-focused role would be a bonus.
