Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Temporary Admin Assistant to join our team in Polegate for a short-term assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing PDF samples of invoicing and credit notes from a long list of suppliers. This role involves scanning documents, reading data, and ensuring accurate documentation within our system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Processing: Scan and read data from PDF samples of invoicing and credit notes for a variety of suppliers.
  • Email Management: Manage an Outlook mailbox to receive emails containing PDF documents.
  • Document Tracking: Use a tracker in a spreadsheet to monitor and manage document processing.
  • Supplier Identification: Identify suppliers from the inbox and save their PDF documents in designated folders named after the suppliers.
  • SharePoint Management: Save and organise documents in the appropriate SharePoint location.
  • Quality Control: Mark any missing or unidentifiable documents in the spreadsheet in red.

Qualifications:
