We are representing a prominent organisation seeking a Operations Manager for the South East to act as the interface between the board, contract management teams, and clients. This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary of 60,000 to 80,000, providing you the opportunity to ensure contracts are delivered to a high standard while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), SHEQ, financial targets, and strategic objectives.

- Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues effectively.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to report on performance to senior leadership teams.
