Loading Shovel Driver

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tractor Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating tractors for various agricultural or construction tasks. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations.

Duties
- Operate tractors and related equipment for tasks such as digging, ploughing, and transporting materials.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment usage and maintenance activities.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as required, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tractor Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery.
- Valid commercial driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks as required.
