We are currently working with a fantastic business based in Pontefract to support them with a requirement of around 6 months.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Process and administer Sales Return Orders as required by the business.
  • Receive and input customer orders accurately into the system.
  • Arrange transport for customer orders
  • Allocate stock to orders
  • Proactively keep customers informed
  • Contact customers to follow up on orders, gauge demand, and report insights to account managers
  • Update systems with any changes to orders, transport arrangements, or anticipated delivery dates
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and customer-focused service

  • Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive in ensuring smooth order processing and resolving customer concerns efficiently
  • Experience in customer support, order processing, or supply chain coordination within a food or FMCG environment is desirable
