We have a vacancy for a Customer Service Advisor to join our key client based in Pontefract.
The hours of work are a rolling 4 days on 4 days off on a 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. basis.Â
This is a hybrid role with a good balance of working from home and in the office. all weekend shifts are working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for engineers and service delivery managers on assigned contracts.
- Ensure engineers attend and fix faults within specified KPIs to provide superior customer service.
- Work in a service desk environment, assigning faults through specialist fault management systems to engineers.
- Ensure all SLA/KPI targets are met for dedicated contracts and handle escalations promptly.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in a planning/scheduler role.
- Telephone call handling.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to review data and take action in line with contractual obligations.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Organized, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
