They pride themselves on our high standards and supportive community, making it a wonderful place to work and learn.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate would be passionate about supporting young children's learning and development, and committed to creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers with planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support for children.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the wider nursery community.
  • Participate in nursery events and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential.
