Interim Commercial Finance Business Partner4-5 Months West Yorkshire Elevation Recruitment is partnering with a key client to find an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be ready to hit the ground running, providing critical financial support and insights.Key Responsibilities: 

  • Align financial reporting with business goals
  • Analysing performance before and after implementation, as well as tracking ongoing progress
  • Provide analysis and insights to support better financial and commercial decision-making
  • Generate and track key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis to monitor business performance
  • Assist in creating and managing annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans
  • Collaborate with operational managers to streamline budgeting and financial reporting processes
  • Investigate discrepancies between forecasts, budgets, and actual results, and offer recommendations for improvement
  • Foster strong partnerships with senior management and key departments across the business
  • Play a supporting role in various finance-led initiatives, including system upgrades, investment evaluations, and preparing presentations for senior leadership
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing processes, improving efficiency, and upgrading reporting systems
  • Influence and guide stakeholders using data-driven insights to support effective decision-making
  • Analyse large volumes of data to identify trends, create reports, and present findings clearly and concisely

Key Skills:

  • Fully Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ ACA) or QBE
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and working with large sets of data
  • Knowledge of Process Manufacturing would be an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
