Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced 2nd line support engineer with substantial experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support within a Microsoft environment.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Azure, Active Directory (online), Exchange, and Office 365.
This position is office-based, located near Wakefield, and requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a small, flexible team.
