We have a vacancy for a Customer Service Administrator to join our key client based in Pontefract.

The hours of work are a rolling 4 days on 4 days off on a 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. basis. 

This is a hybrid role with a good balance of working from home and in the office. all weekend shifts are working from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for engineers and service delivery managers on assigned contracts.
  • Ensure engineers attend and fix faults within specified KPIs to provide superior customer service.
  • Work in a service desk environment, assigning faults through specialist fault management systems to engineers.
  • Ensure all SLA/KPI targets are met for dedicated contracts and handle escalations promptly.

Key Skills Required:

  • Experience in a planning/scheduler role.
  • Telephone call handling.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to review data and take action in line with contractual obligations.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work night shifts.
  • Organized, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
