We are seeking a reliable and organized Traffic Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily deliveries and collections between our drivers and customers, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan daily delivery and collection schedules for drivers.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and drivers to ensure timely service.
- Monitor and optimize routes for efficiency.
- Address any issues that arise during deliveries or collections promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of route planning and logistics.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Motivated to progress and develop within your career.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
