Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Finance Manager for a growing manufacturing organisation near Llantrisant.
The Finance Managers role is a senior position in the company.
You'll be responsible for:
Managing a transactional team
Co-ordinate and lead month end accounting processes,
Reporting of the monthly management accounts and the monthly and quarterly reporting to head office of sales, investments, and monthly accounts (
Lead internal and external audit, Implement audit recommendations
Produce weekly P&L forecasts and key operational KPI's
Oversee 4 weekly payroll and support where necessary
Identify areas of system and control weakness and implement processes and procedures to improve
Presenting financial information and involvement in Site leadership team meetings
On offer: as salary of £65,000 plus bonus pension and benefits.
