Vacancy: Toolmaker/Welder Fabricator

Location: Pontyclun, Rhondda Cynon Taf

Salary: £25,000+ per annum DOE

JHP Recruitment are seeking a methodical and dexterous Toolmaker/Welder Fabricator to join our manufacturing & engineering client based in Pontyclun, Rhondda Cynon Taf on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Manufacturing of precision mandrels for a range of silicone hoses to the highest standards
  • MIG and TIG welding as and when required
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Operating manual lathes and milling machines
  • Perform regular maintenance and repair work as and when required
  • Some 3D modelling using SolidWorks

Working hours:

  • 07:30-16:30 Monday to Thursday
  • 07:30-13:30 Fridays

Salary:

  • £25,000+ per annum depending on experience
