As a TA, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils with a variety of learning needs. You may work one-on-one with students, support small groups, or assist in whole-class settings. Roles are available across Foundation Phase, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, with opportunities to work in SEN settings depending on experience and preference.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils' learning and development under the guidance of the class teacher.

  • Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional learning needs.

  • Assist with the preparation of classroom materials and displays.

  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

  • Promote positive behaviour and ensure a safe and inclusive environment.

  • Help with break time supervision and other non-teaching tasks as required.



Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
