Project CoordinatorAbout the roleThe main focus of this position is to provide support to the Project Managers in the successful implementation and oversight of retail IT projects. This includes ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion, all while prioritizing exceptional customer service for our clients. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:* Supporting the Project Managers on all assigned projects, including ordering and tracking equipment, monitoring due dates of project team deliverables and scheduling resources.* Assisting the Project Managers with ensuring the project scope is well documented and managed effectively throughout the delivery cycle of the project.* Updating and maintaining project tickets the CRM system.* Working effectively and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. About you Experience within the Retail IT sector is highly desirable. We are currently seeking an individual to join our team who is interested in starting a career in project management. While prior experience in project management is not required, we are looking for someone who enjoys organising and working within tight deadlines.Proficiency in IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new tasks is essential, as all project activities are logged in our CRM system.As The company is continuously growing and evolving, we require someone who is adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong written and verbal communication skills
