Our client, a leading organisation in the defence and security sector, is currently seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team on a 12-month contract based in Glascoed. This pivotal role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support within the Land Sector division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-level administrative support to senior management and other team members
- Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintaining and organising confidential files and records
- Coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Assisting with project management tasks and ensuring timely completion
- Supporting the team with any additional administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative or personal assistant role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- BPSS clearance or ability to obtain it
