Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Assist with tax computations and returns for both individuals and businesses.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are maintained.
- Provide and review bookkeeping, VAT return, and management accounting services.
- Liaise with clients to resolve queries and provide advisory services as needed.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of clients.
Experience Required
- ACA/ACCA part-qualified/Qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting and taxation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised.
- Previous experience working within a UK practice environment.
