Finance Assistant
3 month contract
15 - 17 per hour
Mon - Fri/ 37hrs

As a Finance Assistant, your role will include:
- Day to day processing of the Accounts Payable function in a cost effective, timely and accurate manner
- Recording and tracking invoices, resolving queries and reconciling statements.
- Assist in month end / year end closure and reporting
- Undertaking any other duties as required by the Payroll, Payments & Systems Manager
- Deliver high quality customer service to a variety of stakeholder's either in person, by telephone or in writing
To be successful as a Finance Assistant you will have:
- Relevant qualification in finance
- Proven experience in accounts payable and accounting principles
- Confident in using IT systems
- Excellent planning/organising skills.
- Able to meet challenging deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service
