The role offers a starting basic salary of £15,000 per annum, increasing to £18,000-20,000 over time, with uncapped potential earnings exceeding £46,000 based on sales performance.
Candidates must have a current UK driving license and a passion for car sales, with previous experience in the motor trade being essential.
The position includes benefits such as a personal company car, 22 days annual leave, and full manufacturer-accredited training.
Working hours are Monday to Saturday with a day off every other week, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

An exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Executive within the Treforest area has arisen for our Motor Trade Client.Working within a well-known and highly reputable franchise-approved car dealership, the successful Car Sales Executive will be representing a volume Automotive Brand and will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer service.Benefits:

Starting basic salary of £15,000 per annum increasing to £18,000-20,000 over length of service.
Uncapped potential earnings of £46,000+ per annum based on your sales performance.

Duties:

Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the cars and vehicles you are selling
Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service
Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives
Meeting Car Sales Targets
Advising on and upselling on finance, insurance and accessories.
