Candidates should have demonstrable experience in total reward, ideally within a complex organisation, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is essential for this position.

Lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive total reward strategy.
Create and implement a career architecture framework, including job sizing, job valuation, and strategic reward management.
Analyse complex data and effectively present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Move beyond analytical work to drive strategic implementation and organisational alignment.

To be successful in this role, you will have gained demonstrable experience in total reward, ideally within a complex organisation. You’ll need strong analytical skills, the ability to translate data into actionable insights, and exceptional communication skills to influence senior leadership.
