Civil Site Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Manager to oversee operations on a National Grid site. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a proven track record of managing complex civil projects to a high standard of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage all civil site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
·Ensure compliance with National Grid standards and site-specific requirements.
·Oversee health, safety, and environmental standards across all site operations.
·Coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
·Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site challenges proactively.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
·SR163 accreditation.
·National Grid Competent Person NSI 8 Full certification.
·SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
·HSG 47 certification.
·Temporary Works Supervisor accreditation.
·Full First Aid certification.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
·Previous experience as a Civil Site Manager on a National Grid site.
