Employee Relations & Policy Manager   Location: Rhondda Cynon Taff (Hybrid & Flexible Working) Salary: £40,500 pro rata Hours: Part-time (4 days / 29.6 hours per week) Contract: Permanent Hoop PS & HR are excited to partner with a market-leading organisation in South Wales, seeking an ambitious HR professional with specialist expertise in employee relations and policy. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional eager to drive best practice and support the long-term success of the business.Key Responsibilities:   • Drive employee relations strategies to foster a positive workplace culture • Provide expert advice on complex casework and change management processes • Support senior leaders in implementing the people strategy, with a focus on ER • Line manages the Senior ER & Policy Advisor • Develop, review, and align people policies and procedures to best practice • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including with unions • Advise senior leaders on employment legislation and ensure alignment with business strategy • Assess and improve HR processes, analysing data and trends to drive initiatives • Deliver workshops and training on HR policies and best practice • Lead and contribute to key HR projects   What Our Client is Looking For:   • Significant experience in employee relations and HR policy development • A resilient and adaptable individual who thrives in a complex environment • Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate at all levels • Passion for best practice, process improvement, and driving change   This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a market-leading organisation at a critical time of transformation.
