6 -12 Months Contract - 33.3 hours a week
Day to Day of the role:- Provide expert guidance and advice throughout the full employee journey, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Coach managers in early resolution and formal employee relations concerns to support a thriving work environment.
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and effectively address HR matters.
- Demonstrate organizational skills to manage time efficiently and handle multiple priorities.
- Maintain a professional attitude and keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Support the promotion of well-being, diversity, and a shared sense of belonging, while contributing to effective change management processes.
- Experience in providing generalist HR advice.
- Proven ability to coach managers on employee relations and people matters.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High levels of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
