What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing multiple pension schemes (both DB & DC) with 4,500+ members.
  • Providing expert strategic advice to senior leadership on pension risks, governance, and funding.
  • Ensuring full compliance with legislation, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Leading a specialist pensions team, overseeing complex pension projects and audits.
  • Engaging with trade unions, actuaries, pension providers, and finance teams to deliver pension excellence.
  • Educating and empowering employees by driving pension awareness and engagement strategies.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in managing both DB and DC pension schemes at a senior level.
  • Strong knowledge of pension governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills – able to translate complex pension issues into clear, actionable advice.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at board level and with external pension providers.
  • Relevant pensions qualifications (PMI Associate or equivalent preferred).
