I am working with a company looking to take on a Quality Manager to overlook the quality function for their busy manufacturing sites. This business has gone from strength to strength, having a strong orderbook and have reinforced their success with a recently opened a new premises. This role will see you conducting audits, development of work instructions and managing a small team of quality personnel. This role will also provide you with the opportunity to work on and develop your knowledge with multiple standards including BRC and ISO standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility for all aspects of quality across the manufacturing company.
  • Ensuring that the products manufactured by the company meet all internal and external expectations
  • Ability to conduct customer quality audits external certification body audits.
  • Capability to oversee enhance the performance of a Quality Management System through documented procedures, work instructions, forms.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • BRC standards experience.
  • Experience in a managerial position.
  • Experience of cleanroom manufacture & associated procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Full UK Drivers License.
