PA responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and organize presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with the organization of high-level meetings and company events
PA requirements:
- Relevant experience working as an Executive Assistant
- Experience of administering committees, organising meetings, preparing agendas, drafting reports and taking minutes
- Excellent IT skills including the use of database, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlooks & Office 365
