Compliance Administrator - Pontypridd - 6 month FTC

Moxie People is proud to be supporting a Housing Association based in Pontypridd to recruit for a part-time Compliance Administrator to work within their establish property team.

The benefits:

A rate of 14 - 15 depending on experience

The role:

You will join the Associations established Property and compliance team, ensuring compliance certificates and documents are managed effectively

Help ensure property compliance records are updated accurately on the relevant systems

Ensure accurate and efficient data management on all relevant trackers

When required, raise work orders for contractors

Provide general support to the wider property and compliance team as required

About you:

Come from a property or compliance management background

Experience working with a Housing Association or charity in a property focused role

Great attention to detail and comfortable using bespoke IT systems

Someone with a positive attitude who's keen to learn and develop their skills
