What You'll Do: As a Finance Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly by:
- Collaborating with colleagues across all departments to ensure financial processes are followed.
- Managing and reconciling purchase invoices, supplier statements, and employee expenses.
- Handling supplier inquiries with ease, including multi-currency transactions.
- Preparing and submitting monthly payment runs with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assisting in preparing reports and analysing data to support the finance team.

- Enjoys working in an office environment and collaborating with colleagues on diverse tasks.
- Thrives in social settings and enjoys working with people.
- Holds relevant qualifications in finance (AAT, CIMA, accounting, etc.).
- Has proven experience in a similar role.
- Understands accounting principles and is adaptable to new finance software.
- Has experience dealing with suppliers and managing inquiries.
- Is committed to continually improving finance processes.
