We are seeking an Accounts Assistant who can converse in the Welsh Language to join our finance department on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records and performing various administrative tasks. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a high level of accuracy, and a solid understanding of basic accounting procedures.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Accounts Payable: Process and reconcile invoices, credit notes, and payments. Manage and track accounts and handle payment queries efficiently.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Enter financial data into accounting software, specifically Dynamics 365. Ensure the filing and archiving of financial documents are maintained for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing filing systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial information.
  • Strong numerical skills and the ability to handle figures and calculations with precision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software, such as Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is essential.
  • Converse in the Welsh language both written and verbal
