Working closely with the General Manager and having a dotted line to the Group CFO, you'll play a key role in driving the business forward. Reviewing and enhancing internal policies, identifying areas for positive change and increased efficiency
Working with the General Manager to drive improvements in margins, profitability and ROI
Leading and developing a finance team of two staff members
Taking ownership of monthly management accounts, including P&L, KPIs, budgeting and forecasting
Monitoring stock and inventory reporting, ensuring accuracy and effective cost management
Offering insights to support business decisions and contribute to financial strategy

What you will need:

Previous experience in a similar role, such as Financial Controller / Finance Director / Head of Finance / Finance Manager
To be a qualified accountant ( ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
A background in manufacturing (ideally)
You're either ready to step up into your first Financial Controller role or already experienced and looking for a fresh challenge
You communicate effectively and can build strong relationships across the business, balancing commercial awareness with emotional intelligence
You’re proactive, adaptable, and not afraid to challenge the status quo constructively
