Dynamite Recruitment are supporting a reputable financial planning firm in Dorset, with the recruit of a Client Services Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to the financial planners and clients, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day activities. You will play a key role in managing client queries, processing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to financial planners and clients
  • Manage client communications and handle inquiries professionally
  • Prepare and process client documents, including applications and forms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Assist with the scheduling of meetings and appointments
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
