NET Recruit are partnering with an exceptional FMCG business to assist their search for an Associate Marketing Manager in the Poole area.Your RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Supporting the Marketing Director on the 3-year strategic plan, alongside annual marketing plans, and developing and executing regional marketing plans
  • Delivering 2 seasonal marketing workshops with the aim of initiating communications needed for seasonal launches
  • Taking ownership of the Marketing CMB
  • Managing sales requests and relationships as needed
  • Collaborating with global brand marketing teams to deliver a full calendar of marketing campaigns in accordance with the EMEA strategy, and driving the adaptations of global marketing campaigns to ensure EMEA relevant stories
  • Leading external PR Teams and country partners across the execution of season launches
  • Driving centres of excellence to deliver on seasonal launches, assets and monthly reporting as needed
  • Collaborating with the Retail COE to manage key relationships required
  • Managing Branding programs and supporting the annual brand tracker research
  • Establishing any relevant consumer events
  • Managing CSR programs
  • Supporting the product team to manage GTM processes and leading the delivery of brand components within these, ensuring EMEA input is taken within the GTM process at the right time to promote a seamless delivery
  • Identifying opportunities to exceed financial targets within the category
  • Managing both corporate and local needs in collaboration with the global marketing team
  • Planning product launches, re-launches and extensions
You MUST HavePlease apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • A degree within a relevant field, ideally Marketing or Business or Economics
  • Exposure to the FMCG sector and environments
  • At least 6 years of experience, specifically within brand and product management
  • Experience managing seasonal product launches
  • It would be desirable to have experience within PR and creative agency management, as well as ambassador activities
  • Up to date knowledge of the market and industry trends, including consumer behaviour
  • Good communication skills, to include partner/vendor management
  • Excellent financial awareness
