- Location:Â Ringwood, Bournemouth (Hybrid Work)
- Job Type:Â Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
- Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE
- Commission:Â 3% on new business, 1% on retained business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide customised solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
- Attend international events and exhibitions to network and promote our services.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the exhibition or event industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
