It is responsible for leading the development and implementation of a compelling Digital Experience ("Digital First") strategy that drives brand value and, above all, meaningfully connects supporters, donors and other communities that we serve via the teams managed by this role, including the Digital Production team, Digital Performance team, Digital Platforms team and Search Engine Marketing Lead, Digital Marketing Operations Lead, supported by many other related organisational SMEs.About youThis is an important role for us, and the ideal candidate will be someone with a track record of increasing Digital income through a variety of channels and embedding Data and User Experience in all that we do through an integrated omni-channel Digital approach. The role holder will be expected to work closely with Social Media, Marketing, Data and broader colleagues for shared outcomes. We are particularly keen that applicants are also able to demonstrate senior delivery experience, using Scrum with an ability to scope large multi-channel projects - supporting on the BAU plan, managing programme profitability, and coordinating activities to ensure that programme outcomes are positive and client needs are met.A key part of this role will be to evolve our maturity across Digital to increase capability and effectiveness with tangible results.
