Mission

We are looking for 2 Sales Managers (1 North & Midlands, 1 Southern) to support our strategic growth and new challenges!

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive quotes and increase sales of the Gardis products through the UK security distribution network
  • Proactively call and maintain a list of customers including Security Installation Companies, within the designated area and key personnel and ensure all customer information is kept up-to-date in the company CRM system.
  • Review Access Control and Integrated Systems tenders - from End-users/systems integrators/Platinum and Gold Channel Partners within the UK
  • Work with the internal sales and support team to compile Tender Responses - including compliance statements and BOQ
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the TDSiGardis product portfolio
  • Achieve sales targets through sales of Access Control products within the defined territory
  • Liaise with end users as required
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with TDSi and to promote a favorable image of the Company

Profil

Qualifications/Skills :

- Required to succeed in the position :

  • Direct sales experience
  • Tender response experience
  • Experience in the design, set up and use of Access Control systems
  • Problem solving skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very good organizational and time management skills
  • Good IT skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office and databases
  • Proactive, self-motivated and autonomous personality, team-player with a "can-do" attitude
  • Valid UK Driving License

- Highly appreciated :

  • Practical knowledge of Network Infrastructure
  • Selling Hardware and Software products
  • Sales experience of Security Products

Hours of Work :

  • 40 hours per week (8.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday - 30 min lunch break)
  • Remote working
  • Regular travel and with overnight hotel accommodation are required for role including attending sites and meetings

Salary & Benefits :

  • 35 000GBP- 50 000 GBP, depending on experience.
