Sales Executive
Location: Poole, Dorset (Hybrid Working Options Available
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (DOE) + Commission | OTE £40,000 - £55,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

They are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Poole, Dorset. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute significantly to the Company's growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and nurture leads through various channels.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their energy needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare accurate and compelling proposals and quotes, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the sales team, track lead progress, and provide ongoing support to drive deals to closure.
- Manage the entire customer journey, address objections effectively, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with installers and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the renewable energy sector (solar PV, air source heat pumps, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a basic understanding of energy concepts is advantageous.
