- Supporting the General Manager in running a profitable business unit, ensuring high standards and alignment with the company’s core values.
- Supervising production staff to maintain quality, safety, and timely project delivery in line with job specifications.
- Monitoring job budgets by tracking hours, materials, and equipment to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Managing subcontractors daily and attending client meetings, resolving any technical or operational queries efficiently.
- Planning labour and materials effectively while ensuring all work complies with company Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) procedures.
- Marine experience with a strong knowledge and understanding of the industry
- Good understanding of IT packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematic parts manuals and diagrams and associated technical data & specifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
