Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage debt collection and control.
  • Resolve accounts queries and oversee debt recovery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth account management and prompt payments.
  • Send out monthly client statements and manage correspondence.
  • Prepare monthly reports and ad hoc financial statements as needed.
  • Process and reconcile warranty remittances, intercompany accounts, and credit card transactions.
  • Reconcile finance products and review stocks and settlements.
  • Provide support to other accounts assistants and assist with various financial tasks.
  • Collaborate on reports and analysis as required.
