- Maintaining the Sales Ledger accurately
- Chasing both UK and international payments using various channels including email, in writing or the phone
- Using expert negotiating skills to create payment plans and settlements with customers
- Resolving invoice queries that are presented and settling disputes, ensuring that professionalism is maintained at all times
- Raising credit notes for customer accounts, disputes, online retailers and e-comms returns
- Setting up new accounts
- Undertaking credit checks for new clients and evaluating credit reports and reviewing payment histories in order to agree on credit limits
- Reconciling customer accounts and processing payments
