Michael Page is exclusively supporting a highly reputable business based in Poole who is looking for a Credit Controller to join their accountancy team on an ongoing temporary basis. This role reports to the Credit Control Manager and works within a team of 3. This is a hybrid role where you would need to get the office twice a week.

Description
As the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Chasing outstanding debt via phone
- Chasing outstanding debt via email
- Keeping up to date customer records
- Negotiating payment terms with customers
- Building relationships with customers through excellent customer service
- Any other adhoc duties as requested by the Credit Manager
Profile
In order to be considered for the role, you must:
- Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
- Be immediately available
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to work as part of a small team
- Be results driven & work with high volumes
