The successful candidate will play an integral role in the effective running on the function.What will the Credit Control Manager role involve?
- Hold responsibility for the companies collections strategy, including improving processes & efficiencies when required;
- Data analysis to identify trends and issues, enabling proactive decision making;
- Daily management & development of a small credit control team;
- Support to ensure timely payments and bed debt exposure;
- Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth debts collection.
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Control Manager vacancy:
- The ideal candidate will have experience operating as a Credit Control Manager;
- B2C collections knowledge is beneficial;
- Previous team management experience is also required.
