Michael Page is exclusively supporting a highly reputable business based in Poole who is looking for a Credit Controller to join their accountancy team on an ongoing temporary basis. This role reports to the Credit Control Manager and works within a team of 3. This is a hybrid role where you would need to get the office twice a week.

Client Details

Our client is a highly reputable business based in Poole. Due to internal changes, they need additional help within the accountancy team. The offices have plenty of free onsite parking and are easily accessible for those who drive.

Description

As the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Chasing outstanding debt via phone
  • Chasing outstanding debt via email
  • Keeping up to date customer records
  • Negotiating payment terms with customers
  • Building relationships with customers through excellent customer service
  • Any other adhoc duties as requested by the Credit Manager

Profile

In order to be considered for the role, you must:

  • Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
  • Be immediately available
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to work as part of a small team
  • Be results driven & work with high volumes
