Job Location: Poole, Dorset (nr fleetsbridge)

Salary: £25,018.56 per annum

Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday 8am - 4pm

Our client, a leading decorative homeware manufacturer / designer are seeking a cheerful Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly office in Poole.

We are looking for those who have excellent customer service skills & a passion for ensuring customers receive a positive service, whether this be within retail, hospitality or office based. You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries regarding stock, lead times, pricing and orders and the company is looking for the team to provide and excellent customer experience.

Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you will develop your skills so that you can undertake the following duties;

• Providing a helpful and cheerful customer experience via telephone and email

• Promptly answering customer enquiries regarding stock, order progress, pricing etc.

• Accurately processing customer orders

• Talking to other departments to make sure customer orders are completed and dispatched on time

• Keeping customers up to date with their orders

• Administrative duties such as filing, updating spreadsheets, keeping the office tidy etc

The successful applicant will possess:

• Previous experience within a Customer Service position whether it be office, retail, hospitality, food service etc

• A cheerful personality with a willingness to help customers with all their enquiries

• The ability to confidently use computers
