Job Title:Service Coordinator

Location:Poole

Salary:26k-28k

Role Overview:We need a Service Coordinator to help manage service and repair work for our team. You'll support the Senior Coordinator and Service Manager, and provide great customer service to both colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make sure engineers have enough jobs and equipment each day.
  • Schedule maintenance tasks in advance using our CRM system.
  • Check new faults and decide who should attend to them.
  • Order necessary items for stock or jobs.
  • Process completed jobs in the CRM system.
  • Check reports and handle callouts, client communication, and engineer visits.
  • Send maintenance agreements to customers.
  • Support other teams with customer calls.

Person Specification:

  • Great customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a coordination role.
  • Experience in the Fire, Security industry.
