Overview: A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced digital marketing agency. The agency specialises in paid advertising, performance creatives, and email marketing, working with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from startups to large national brands. The ideal candidate must have a passion for digital advertising and strong expertise in both static and motion design, with the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional results.

Role: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-converting visual assets for clients across paid social, email marketing, and landing pages. This role requires collaboration with Paid Social Specialists to develop and optimise data-driven creative strategies. You will be expected to manage multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and are aligned with the agency's high standards for quality and creativity.

  • Design ads for Meta and Instagram: Produce high-performing video and graphic designs for paid social media campaigns.
  • Email design: Create visually compelling email creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Landing page design: Design conversion-optimised landing pages for clients' DTC brands.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, sharing feedback and participating in brainstorming sessions to continuously improve creative output.
  • Stay current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in design and digital marketing.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must be a highly creative individual with at least 2 years of experience in performance graphic design, either from an agency or e-commerce (client side) brand. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, work independently, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • 2+ years of experience in performance graphic design.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects.
  • Experience with both static and motion design for paid social and organic channels.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in performance design.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality work on tight deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Location: Remote, UK-based
