Participate Administrator - Poole/Hybrid - Up to 27,000Are you an experienced Participate Administrator with a passion for event planning and administrative support?We're working with a fantastic client based in Poole who is seeking a Participate Administrator to join their thriving team!If yes, then read on to see what's on offer!What you'll be doing:As a Participate Administrator, you will be at the heart of the action, providing essential support to the Programme Manager and the wider Participate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to get involved in a wide range of tasks, from assisting with event planning to managing databases and supporting team logistics.About the company: Serving the South and Southwest of England, with a national and international reputation, this leading arts organization enhances lives through the transformative power of culture.What we're looking for:

  • Participate in team meetings, take minutes, distribute action points, and occasionally take the lead on meetings.
  • Evaluate past events by creating feedback forms and gathering feedback from artists and participants.
  • Support the team with financial administration, including processing invoices, managing monthly freelance payments, and coordinating with the finance team on related tasks.
  • Manage and maintain databases to support programme planning and development.
  • Use software to create, send, and schedule event mailers and mass communications.
  • Input accurate data into databases and monitor figures for funders.
  • Provide onsite event support, including site visits and the creation of briefing sheets for events.
  • Previous experience in an administration role is desirable.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of people.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
