JOB TITLE: Office Administrator

COMPANY: Services

CONTRACT: Permanent

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm/9am-5pm

START: ASAP - must be immediately available

SALARY: £24,000-£27,000 depending on experience

LOCATION: Holton Heath, Poole

The role:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the office operations
  • Respond to client emails, phone calls and messages providing accurate information
  • Maintain a polite and professional demeanour in all interactions, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Produce invoices and estimates
  • Ensure all financial documents are accurate
  • Proofread and finalise reports and emails
  • Coordinate and manage the schedules of management, colleagues and field engineers, arranging meetings and appointments as needed.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as an administrator
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify solutions in a pressurised environment
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work to a high standard in a professional manner
  • Enthusiastic and capable of working with minimal or no supervision
