Some of the benefits- Salary £63,000 to £74,000 (dependent on experience)- Flexible working- 26 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays- Outstanding pension scheme (contributions of up to 16% of basic salary)- Life assurance- Health and dental cash plan optionYour RoleAs our new Financial Reporting Manager, you will join the Financial Governance team on a permanent basis; providing constructive, commercial and cost-effective financial support and expertise to help the RNLI maximise its income and minimise its expenditure.Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will fulfil a key role within the Financial Governance team, responsible for leading and developing a skilled team covering a variety of internal and external reporting activities.A key objective as Financial Reporting Manager will be to ensure effective and well-documented compliance with accounting standards and legislation, with the ability to flag areas of potential risk to the Financial Controller in a timely manner.About YouYou are a fully qualified member of a recognised accounting body, with substantial post qualified accounting experience. A proficient and confident technical accountant with strong problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You also have strong personal and communication skills, alongside confident and supportive leadership and management skills.
