We are seeking a Multi trade to join an established contractor in the social housing sector.
The role involves planned works and reactive repairs, with a salary of £22 per hour and a potential permanent position at £38,000 per annum.

Candidates must have at least 2 trade skills, a full current driving license, and their own hand tools.
Experience in basic plumbing and carpentry repairs, as well as domestic or social housing experience, is required.

We are looking for a Multi trade to join a highly established contractor within the social housing sector. This position is working on planned works and reactive repairs, The Multi trade will receive company van, fuel card, 22 per hr plus the opportunity to gain a permanent position for 38,000 per annum.

As a Multi trade you will be responsible for:
Full installations of kitchens
Full installations of bathrooms
Reactive Repairs
Ensuring tenants are happy
The successful Multi trade will have:
2 or more trade skills
Full current driving license
Own hand tools
The experience required for the Multi trade role:
Be able to competently complete basic plumbing and carpentry repairs
Domestic or social housing experience
